Healthy Living: Positive Steps to dealing with Anger
(Funded by United Way of Cambridge and North Dumfries)
Learn Safe and Successful Strategies for Coping!
Building healthy relationships at home, at work or in the community does not always come naturally. Any relationship can be improved. If you find yourself in conflict with others, or if, out of anger, you are doing or saying things that are hurtful to the people around you, then you will benefit from the help and support this program provides.
We’re here to help!
Family Counselling Centre of Cambridge & North Dumfries has been promoting Healing, Hope and Healthy Relationships throughout the community since 1940. Our main location is in downtown Galt, less than a 5 minute walk from the Bus Station.
You can make a difference now!
Join our Anger Management Group for males (18 and older) to enhance your communication skills and learn safe ways for dealing with conflict. Our program will give you the tools to cope in healthy ways and build respectful relationships. It will also help you identify and overcome personal barriers that may be standing in your way.
Many clients have wished they had learned these skills earlier in their lives.
Act now to have the positive relationships you have always wanted!
