Areas of Specialty: I focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, men’s mental heath, emotional regulation and existential questions.

Personal Philosophy: My therapeutic approach is to be client-centred while using a culturally sensitive approach to therapy where we work together in achieving your therapeutic goals.  I am motivated by a strong belief that people are adaptable and resilient, and that change is possible. I strive to promote healing, growth, and a renewed sense of meaning and purpose in the lives of my clients. I utilize a variety of clinical interventions depending on the needs of the client. I have a keen interest in working with a broad range of cultures and worldviews, stemming from my background working in community development and having spent time living in Asia, Europe, and Africa.
