Areas of Specialty: In individual psychotherapy, I deal with cases that help clients cope with the short-term and long-term consequences of traumatic experiences and their accompanying symptoms, such as anxiety and depression. If possible, we do more than this; we prepare for a life with more compassion and joy. Grief and loss, trauma, disturbed eating, disturbed body perception, obesity, low self-esteem, isolation, or life transition problems are the most common areas in which I can support the recovery of your well-being. I am trained in neuroscience and mindfulness and can help you in English and Hungarian.
Personal Philosophy: I believe that behind traumas, everybody has their own story and a healthy ME who can be re-discovered. I am passionate about providing psychotherapy and witnessing your personal improvement by applying the latest results of Neuroscience in your therapeutic journey. Furthermore, I am a co-facilitator in the Partner Assault Response program, which provides a unique setting for further self-improvement.
