With more than 15 trained and certified counsellors, we walk with you through family stress and relationship issues, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, anger management, abuse, trauma, stress, self-esteem, communication challenges, parent/child relationships, childhood trauma, domestic violence issues.

Strength in Groups

Together with our community partners, we offer a series of group sessions that help you navigate specific issues. Group sessions take your privacy seriously and your interaction with the group is confidential.

Your mental health is important to us. Coping with anxiety, grief or family tension is difficult. Having someone to walk with you aleviates stress and helps equip you with coping skills.
